� Ron Hiscox is a consultant with APD working with airports and airlines to implement new passenger processes, developing the airport design and system changes. He has worked in the industry since 1989, including various operational and development roles with Air Canada.

A significant current project is acting on behalf of Aéroports de Montréal in designing and implementing Common Use check-in kiosks for multiple airlines in a fully self-service zone that includes baggage tagging and drop-off. This project is focused on the airport infrastructure and passenger process changes.

He is also working on a variety of CUSS projects in Europe and North America, assisting airports in designing and implementing self-service processes.

� John Ball has more than two decades experience in the airline industry with extensive experience of passenger processing systems gained in commercial and technical roles.

He has managed the installation and onsite implementation of British Airways DCS systems at Avianca, South African, Turkish and Olympic.

He recently worked with IATA where he was core member of the Simplifying the Business team, responsible for CUSS in the Americas, Europe and Africa.

� Audrey Verrault is an analyst who worked on a variety of assignments with both airlines and airports since 1999.

Her role includes the data analysis, simulation and cost modeling to build the airport business case for change.
